I received my look book in the mail today I think it turned out fabulous! It includes pictures from each of my photo shoots I am hoping to do more this year. 2012 is going to be a great year!

its been a while
I hope you've had a great summer! I am refocusing and going to start scheduling time to write. I have realized I am lacking in the skills needed to be a proficient writer. So thinking of taking a class in technical writing, as well as scheduling time to invest in writing.

My Writing Projects
Wow, I guess I say that a lot. The thing is putting pen to paper or Tablet in this case is really hard! I spend a ton of my time doing something that come naturally to me. This does not. I am struggling. every line I am questioning myself I don't know how people do this all the time. See I just realized I am being unclear. I am in the process of writing a technical manual. And I am constantly rearranging. I am sure I told my son dozens of times its okay if you don't do well as long as you try because the more you do it the better you will become. Whatever it is. So I must now take my own advice now. It's Hard! Okay I am better now.

This is one of my no fuss no miss once per year haircut clients. But today was her " giving day" which meant she cut her hair and donated it ,also she gave blood. Super amazing !

4 days ...
Counting down to my first class of the year is Saturday and I realized I hadn't done a handout for the class! I arrived home at 9pm this evening so here I am 11:45pm 2 and 1/2 hours plus after starting I just printed out the last of the handouts. woohoo! Moments in time
This collection I conceived to represent timeless beauty. there were 4 models a teen, twenty something, thirty something, and forty something. The point, to show that in the exact same makeup style that we see the beauty of women not the time span. I love this collection! Everyone was so amazing that day was Fabulous! Tracy Coggin the photographer, the models all of which are my clients and of course my very good friend Cyndi! I am putting the pictures together into look book for my clients
And it Begins
2011 is a new adventure! This year starts with a series of demo classes I am calling snapshots I will be posting pictures from my photo shoots as well as in salon photos.I am also going to be putting together manuals for hairdressers on different elements of hairdressing drawing from my 33 years in the industry. So welcome !
